1. About this service

This application is an internal workforce-management tool operated by Tabsway Kitchen ("we", "us", "our"). It is provided to our employees, managers, and authorized staff to support scheduling, time tracking, cleaning-task verification, payroll, and operational communication. It is not a public-facing service and is not offered for use by anyone outside Tabsway Kitchen.

2. SMS messaging program

We send operational SMS messages to employees at the mobile phone number on file. Message types include urgent cleaning-task alerts, PIN reset codes, manager broadcasts, and shift-related notifications.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies by role and the activity at your branch. A typical employee receives fewer than 10 messages per week; managers may receive more during busy periods.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers do not charge Tabsway Kitchen for these messages, but your wireless plan may apply standard rates.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-in: Consent to receive operational SMS is provided when an employee record is created in our system and is a condition of employment for roles that depend on timely operational alerts.
• STOP: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. You may also ask a manager to remove your phone number from your record.
• HELP: Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact info@tabswaykitchen.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any purpose other than performing your job
• Share your PIN or session with anyone else
• Attempt to access records that do not pertain to your role
• Upload photos, videos, or messages that are unlawful, harassing, or unrelated to your work
• Interfere with the operation of the application or the underlying infrastructure

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the information in the application accurate. Payroll figures, hours worked, and other operational data are generated from records you and your managers enter; please report any inaccuracy to your manager promptly so it can be corrected.

5. Privacy

Use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how it is used.

6. Termination

Access to the application ends when your employment with Tabsway Kitchen ends, or sooner if you violate these Terms. After access ends, your phone number is removed from the SMS recipient list, and records about you are retained only for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was published.
